2.3 Research - 24x7

In addition to print books and magazines the Leeward CC Library subscribes to many electronic resources.  Our electronic resources include indexes, full text periodical databases, and electronic books (e-books).  These resources allow you to conduct your research outside of the physical walls of the library, at anytime, and from anywhere using any computer, smartphone, or tablet device with an Internet connection.

Our research databases are not free resources but paid subscriptions maintained for the benefit and use by Leeward CC's students, faculty, and staff.  To find the same quality of information on the Web via Google or other search engines will be more difficult and may require you to pay an access fee.  Why pay for high quality, credible information when you can access it for free using the library's databases?

Use your library's databases because they offer the highest quality, most appropriate information for research assignments that money can buy.
