Emily Medvin is a third year doctoral student in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at George Mason University. She received her B.A. in psychology from Northwestern University in 2009, and worked as a Statistical Support Assistant for the American Institutes for Research from 2009 to 2012. She is currently working on various projects investigating leadership and innovation, multiteam systems, and team dynamics.
