Emily Boice, PhD - Postdoctoral Fellow at The University of Texas at San Antonio

Who I am -

I am a postdoctoral fellow in the chemistry lab of Dr. Donald Kurtz at The University of Texas at San Antonio.  My current project is trying to develop a photosensitive protein scaffold for the targeted delivery of ferrous iron to cancer cells to induce toxicity.

Where I want to go -

I am seeking a postdoctoral experience in the field of bioenergy. I have a diverse background in enzymology, protein biochemistry and photochemistry that could contribute to a unique perspective in the bioenergy sector.
