We can provide SFTP (SSH's FTP, usable on windows via WinSCP or Putty's psftp (both freeware programs), but we don't have FTP installed on our server.

You'll be taken directory to the idevaffiliate install directory. Listed is the username, password, the ip address, and the port number to use. Due to technical difficulties imposed by ssh, you won't be able to add any files to the toplevel directory. If you need to add something there, place it in /toplevel and I'll add it there. The files should be world-writeable right now, so you should be able to modify them at will.

You can edit any file. You can upload to any file that isn't in the root directory /idevaffiliate/ for instance, but /idevaffiliate/API/ (or any other subdirectory) is fine. If you do need to upload something directory to /idevaffiliate/, please put it in /toplevel instead.
