I am a postdoc at Texas A&M University, in the research groups of J.M. Landsberg and Frank Sottile.
I spent Fall 2018 at IMPAN, Warsaw, for the Simons Semester Varieties: Arithmetic and Transformations.
Previously, I was a postdoc at the MPI for Mathematics in the Sciences in Leipzig, in the research group of Bernd Sturmfels.
I graduated at Aalto University in Helsinki, in the research group of Alexander Engström. My doctoral thesis: Geometry of real tensors and phylogenetics.

Research interests: Algebraic geometry and combinatorics. More specifically:
  • Algebraic geometry and representation theory of tensors
  • Toric geometry, applications to Phylogenetics
  • Algebraic curves, Linear series, Vector bundles
  • Algebraic combinatorics
