Honey Pecan Bread

Ingredients:

2 cups flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 cup milk

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup honey

3/4 cup chopped, toasted pecans

1 beaten egg

1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9" loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. Add the beaten egg, honey and milk and stir. Fold in the pecans.

Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 60 minutes or until golden (stick a knife in the center to make sure it comes out clean). Let cool and serve with lots of salted butter!
