Crock Pot Mexican Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

1 cup half n' half

4 cups milk

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1 vanilla bean, seeds scraped out OR 2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp cinnamon

pinch of cayenne pepper

pinch of sea salt

Directions:

In your crock pot, whisk together the half n' half, milk and sweetened condensed milk. Add chocolate chips.

Turn heat to low and cook for 1 1/2 hours. At this time the chocolate should be melted. Add vanilla and whisk in the cinnamon, cayenne, sea salt.

Serve with whipped cream and cinnamon or marshmallows or both! :)
