Blueberry Maple Frozen Greek Yogurt


2 1/2 cups blueberries, washed and picked over

16 oz whole milk Greek yogurt {for best results do not use 0 or 2%}

1/3 cup sugar

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

1/4 tsp salt


Combine the blueberries, yogurt, sugar, maple syrup and salt in a blender. Process until smooth. Pour base into an ice cream maker and process until thick, about 25 minutes. Scoop out frozen yogurt into a large glass dish, cover, and freeze until firm --- about an hour or so.
