Nap EEG
Available for download on Open Science Framework is a complete EEG dataset from 20 subjects who napped after performing a scene working memory task. Also included is python code that shows how to read and clean these data for artifacts using ICA.

Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI)
Available for download here is code developed to read DTI Query v1.1 pathway database files (*.pdb), and extract select DTI tractography pathways based on their intersection with voxels in 3D image masks. Warning: these programs are beta versions that are being actively developed and are provided here free without any guarantee as to the accuracy of the output they produce.

Electrocorticography (ECoG)
Available for download here is matlab code (*.m files) developed to read intracranial electrode data collected on a Nihon Kohden EEG system. If the acquired data are exported in ASCII format using the Nihon Kohdon EEG 1000 viewing software, convert_nkascii2mat.m will convert the ASCII file to a *.mat file thereby saving space and facilitating analysis in Matlab. The function get_nkheader.m is used to extract important parameters.
