Managed all aspects of pediatric orthopedic library in a tertiary-care facility with a focus on family-centered care, clinical research, and teaching. Administered library budget. Provided quality reference service to professionals and consumers. Conducted online and literature searches. Acquired interlibrary loans. Negotiated electronic access to materials. Developed collection. Coordinated early literacy project. Created family resource center. Conducted retrospective conversion to electronic catalogue. Designed and maintained hospital Web pages. Acquired grant funding for projects. Supervised student workers and volunteers.
