Clandestino cattery

Clandestino is a small cattery located in France near Toulouse.

We started breeding sphynx in 2009 after develop passion for the breed and breeding following discovery of our first sphynx Delux, a very loving sphynx, very sphynx temperment!

Clandestino cattery started with two priorities still in mind :

→ The first is let our cats live their best life. For this it needs limit the number of cats, like this they can live in family with us, no need separate them in other room. Sphynx are extremly social but after if there is too much cats they can't live together with happyness. Limit cats number after 10 years of breeding is a real challenge since it is very important for me to keep my retired cats. For me it is essential for a breeder to see his cats getting old and follow them until old age. Our cats have not much litters, not too early, not too much like this they can enjoy their cat life.

→ The second is looking for proposing kittens with strong health, with great temperment and take into account type. To have better chance of achieving those objectives I make it a point of honor buying my breeding cats in passionate catteries, honest breeders, concerned about the future of the breed and sharing essential health follow. Sadly this type of breeder is not the most common.

We started outcrossing program is 2010 which explain you can see hairies sphynx in this website. I advise read page dedicated to outcrossing (only in French, sorry!). Outcrossing can look strange but it is common tool in breeding, the only objective is improve health.

I do everything possible to have kittens evolve in optimal conditions. Our little treasures are intended for loving families who will ensure the happyness and the good health of their babies and will let us know all about our precious kittens because it is very important to me to see them growing.
