Tho Ngoc Le recently joined the Business Growth Department of JD.com at their Silicon Valley Research Center as a Data Scientist. In Dec. 2017, he had his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electrical Engineering 
and Computer Science in Northwestern University
, under the Vietnam Education Foundation Fellowship (VEF). Prior to this, he worked as a Research Engineer at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the National University of Singapore (NUS). He graduated with his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree at NUS in 2011, and Master of Science at Northwestern in 2014.
