3rd Annual Eldred WWII Museum Golf and Chicken BBQ Benefit - July 7, 2018


NEW THIS YEAR:  Earn a $20 credit on registration when you sign up a new sponsor of at least $100 (cannot have previously donated to the benefit)!  Limit 4 sponsors ($80 credit) per team!

The 3rd annual Eldred WWII Museum Golf and Chicken BBQ Benefit will take place on July 7th, 2018 at the Bolivar Golf and Country Club.  The Eldred WWII Museum, located in Eldred PA is a non-profit organization that exists as a tribute to the women that worked at the munitions plant on the property during WWII.  It serves to educate students and adults about the overall and local impact of WWII.

Location: Bolivar Golf Club, 8212 Co Rd 5C, Bolivar, NY 14715


Registration: Registration is open to the first 30 teams (4 person per team).  Cost is $65 per person and includes entrance for you +1 to a kick-off party, 18 holes of golf, cart, lunch, chicken bbq dinner, entry into door prize raffle, entry into longest drive, straightest drive, closest to the pin, 2nd shot challenge, "don't lose the ball" and 1 mulligan.

Start time:  Registration begins at 9 am, tournament starts at 10 am.
 
Awards: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams will be awarded, as well as longest drive, straightest drive, closest to the pin, 2nd shot challenge, don't lose the ball challenge, ring of fire, and putting challenge.  Door prizes will also be awarded.
 
      BBQ Dinner: Chicken BBQ dinners are                    included for all participants.  Non-participants may                     purchase dinner tickets up to July 4th, for $13 each.               Eat in or Take Out.  Dinner is served from 3pm to 6pm                and includes Chicken BBQ, sides, roll and dessert.

Additionally: Chinese Auction and 50/50 will be available throughout the tournament.
