Motivational Keynotes

Fire Up Your Audience!

Here is a collection of topics that have been proven in a shorter, snappier format of a Keynote. While most of the topics we offer can be modified to nearly any format, these are particularly suited to fire up an audience.

Motivational presentations are intended to inspire and arouse the interest and passions of the audience. Participants will feel the energy and be moved to commit to the central theme of the program. Because that surge of commitment can dissipate quickly in the face of daily activity Elaine leaves the participants with strategies to sustain the pace and feed the promise with success. Make your event memorable by bringing in a speaker who can generate both excitement and strategic insight.

COOPERATE, COLLABORATE, COMMUNICATE

Working together toward the accomplishment of the organizational mission requires a desire to blend the skills, expertise, experience, and vision of everyone involved in the enterprise. Collaboration is important because two heads are better than one when properly facilitated. The collective mind of the group can be blended into a team effort that is greater than the sum of its parts. Unifying all this activity and creating a bridge to understanding is the ability to effectively communicate. This program is an interesting and useful blend of team building and increasing the effectiveness of individual and organizational communication.

IF YOU CAN DREAM IT, YOU CAN DO IT!

But you'd better have a really good plan!

"Whether you think you can or you think you can't...you're right!" Henry Ford.

The first step to reaching your personal and professional goals is to have a vision of what you want the destination to be. You can't hit a target you can't see so uncover your unrealized desires, define your passion, determine your destiny, and discover any latent ambitions. Then create a clear picture in your mind.

The second step is equally as critical. Will Rogers once said that even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there. To increase the probability of success, you need to write a powerful plan of action to accompany the clear description of your destination.

“Destiny isn’t a matter of chance, it’s a matter of choice; it’s not a thing to be waited for, it’s a thing to be achieved." William Jennings Bryan

IF YOU ARE COASTING, YOU ARE GOING DOWNHILL!

Continuous Improvement from A to Z

This program has a traditional "motivational" theme. The goal is behavior modification through both inspiration and information. Even though it is fast paced and full of life, it is not designed to simply get people to feel good for the duration of the presentation. The audience will get specific behavioral advice on how to rechannel their thinking and modify their behavior.

This is an alphabet of tips, tidbits, and tales. It outlines a course that the audience can take in the pursuit of continuous improvement, both personally and professionally.

Continuous Improvement from A to Z, from Attitude to Zest, is not a technical program in quality enhancement. In labor intensive organizations, human beings must capture the essence of excellence before quality can be elevated. This program focuses the participants' attention on their merit and the attributes that will serve them when contributing to their organizations in a distinctive manner.

In the quest for continuous improvement you must first subscribe to the premise that you are in control of your behavior. Decisions are made, words are formulated, energy is generated, alternatives are chosen, risks are taken, habits are changed, and options are weighed and selected. These actions are within your power. You can exercise control over your own fate and fortune. You cannot always dictate destiny, but you can manage your reactions, actions, preparation, conduct and bearing. Decide on your own path.

If you think you are just a minor player in a play that was written by someone else and that your script can not be modified, then you may as well act out your preordained part and try to find satisfaction in little things. If, however, you feel you want to draft your own script and play the part according to your own ambitions, read on. The following is an anthology of thoughts. Reflect, and design how you are going to conduct the rest of your life. The only behavior your can change is your own. Good fortune.

I HEARD WHAT YOU SAID, BUT WHAT DID YOU MEAN?

Intergenerational communication is extremely challenging because of the incredibly diverse frames of reference when more than one generation is engaged in the exchange of ideas, opinions, recommendations, data, thoughts and professional observations. The better you understand the unique nature of each generation and how they see the world, you more likely you will be to connect, communicate, collaborate and come to the meeting of the minds.
