This program has a traditional "motivational" theme. The goal is behavior modification through both inspiration and information. Even though it is fast paced and full of life, it is not designed to simply get people to feel good for the duration of the presentation. The audience will get specific behavioral advice on how to rechannel their thinking and modify their behavior.
This is an alphabet of tips, tidbits, and tales. It outlines a course that the audience can take in the pursuit of continuous improvement, both personally and professionally.
Continuous Improvement from A to Z, from Attitude to Zest, is not a technical program in quality enhancement. In labor intensive organizations, human beings must capture the essence of excellence before quality can be elevated. This program focuses the participants' attention on their merit and the attributes that will serve them when contributing to their organizations in a distinctive manner.
In the quest for continuous improvement you must first subscribe to the premise that you are in control of your behavior. Decisions are made, words are formulated, energy is generated, alternatives are chosen, risks are taken, habits are changed, and options are weighed and selected. These actions are within your power. You can exercise control over your own fate and fortune. You cannot always dictate destiny, but you can manage your reactions, actions, preparation, conduct and bearing. Decide on your own path.
