Winter CSA 2014-2015

Winter CSA 2015 Information:
Dates: 12/16, 1/6, 1/27, 2/17, 3/10, 4/21, and 5/12
We will provide THREE options for shares:
1) Omnivore: vegetables and meat/dairy/other special items.
2) Lacto-Ovo: vegetables and dairy/other special items.
3) Vegan: vegetable share only, NO SPECIAL ITEMS.

Shares come periodically (roughly every 3-4 weeks) from Dec-May

Pricing:
Omni/Veg-LO: $50/delivery (paid BEFORE NOON on Friday, 10/3—see below); total of $350 for 7 deliveries
Vegan: $40/delivery (paid BEFORE NOON on Friday, 10/3—see below); total of $280 for 7 deliveries

Pricing after NOON on 10/3 and before NOON on 10/24:
Omni/Veg-LO: $55/delivery (paid BEFORE NOON on Friday, 10/3); total of $385 for 7 deliveries
Vegan: $45/delivery (paid BEFORE NOON on Friday, 10/3); total of $315 for 7 deliveries

Example Special items (expect one or two items per delivery):
Omni: organic chicken or pasture raised ground beef (farmer decides what we get)
Veg-LO: dairy products from the Evans Farm including cheese and yogurt, plus organic eggs from Norwich Meadows Farm
Both: Dry goods: granola, organic dried beans, local honey, and perhaps maple syrup (Evans Farm). Preserved (jarred) goods from the farm may include pickled items, jams, and tomato sauces.
