Courgette Puffs

RECIPE AT EXPERIMENTAL STAGE
 
half a cup of Grated Courgette                         }
15 mls Olive Oil                                                      }  mix together to make stiff batter
1 Level Tablespoon Buckwheat Flour          }  add a little milk if too stiff
Pinch Salt                                                                  }
 
1 Large Egg
 
Whisk egg till pale and thick
Fold  into batter
 
Cook 180 o C until deep golden brown
