BEANS-Butter Beans & Mint

Very Simple and easy for new cooks
Here is a nice way of making Butter Beans more tasty and less dry on the tongue.
You can use tinned beans which have been rinsed - maybe you don't feel the need to rinse
Or you can use dried beans which you have soaked and cooked yourself.
1 tin of butter beans - whichever size suits you
Rinse the beans if you wish then heat
Serve on a warmed plate and drizzle with good quality olive oil
and if you have it - sprinkle with a little chopped mint
This makes an ordinary bean into something enjoyable.
