BREAD-Brown Bread

Special equipment needed: 
     breadmaker with
     gluten free setting
13 oz Brown Bread Flour Doves Farm
3 oz Buckwheat Flour Doves Farm
1 level Tablespoon Salt (or slightly rounded if you like more salt)
2 level teaspoons Quick Yeast, I used Doves Farm
2 level Tablespoons Sugar
12 fl oz Milk - semi skimmed out of date will do
90 mls Oil    }    60 ml Olive Oil
                      }    30 mls Walnut oil
2 large organic Eggs
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
Mix all the dry ingredients together - a balloon whisk works well.
Make sure that all your preparation is done.  Have the bread bucket set to one side ready to fill, and the breadmaker ready to go. 
Once we start mixing the wet ingredients together it is best to do it without stopping - don't answer the phone just yet!
Whisk together all the wet ingredients including the eggs.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir well.
Spoon/pour into bucket of breadmaker and set to cook immediately.
Panasonic Breadmaker on a  Gluten free setting and Dark Crust, takes 2 hours
Allow to rest 30 minutes before slicing.
I like to slice the leftover bread and freeze it.  Defrost and warm it in a microwave or toast it from frozen.
