METHOD
Always add the Wheatgerm Oil (Carrier Oil) to Sea Salt first.  Stir well giving ithe oil time to be absorbed by the salt.
Add Aromatherapy Oil (after the carrier oil) and stir well
Add Epsom Salts, stir well
If using add Clean & Safe stir it in now or use a little of your favourite bubble bath, this is optional but I find it makes cleaning the bath easier

PRECAUTIONS
It is important to use a Carrier Oil with Aromatherapy Oils as undiluted they can burn the skin or cause a sensitivity to develop - this can happen with Lavender as people often think it is safe to use undiluted.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Run a little tepid water into the bath and pour in half a cup of the Salts or up to one whole cup, let the salt soak a little while to dissolve - unless you made the recipe with fine salt.
Run your bath as normal, slowly slide in and soak for 10 minutes.  Take a moment to gently stroke your skin with the palm of your hand - I think it helps in absorbing the oils - relax.
After 10 minutes it is time to exfoliate the skin using a mesh sponge or face cloth, gently all over.  At this point you may wish to use a little soap on places like your feet.

For me this felt very theraputic and relaxing, leaving my skin well moisturised.  Because I added Clean & Safe to the recipe I did not need to use soap - I have very dry skin.
