Baking Powder Home-made

This is really easy to make and you know it will be gluten free

Home-made Baking Powder

1 Level Tablespoonful Bicarbonate of Soda
2 Level Tablespoonfuls Cream of Tartar

If you wish to store it add a tiny bit of cornflour to absorb moisture in the tub.
For this amount a large pinch should be ample - none if you are using it now!


Place in a spacious bowl and using a balloon whisk mix them well together, store in a small container with a tight fitting lid.
