I am an assistant professor at the Department of Accountancy, City University of Hong Kong. I received my Ph.D. degree in accounting from Carnegie Mellon University, Tepper School of Business, master's degree in Operations Research from Columbia University, and bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Korea University. 
My research interests focus on the impacts of the labor market on managerial accounting problems, the roles of accounting on firm size distributions, and team incentives for heterogeneous agents.
