Discovery consists of seeing what everyone has seen, and thinking what no one has thought.
Albert Szent-Gyorgi
I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Accountancy at the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, City University of New York. I received my Ph.D. in accounting from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business, a master's in Operations Research from Columbia University, and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Korea University.
My research examines how variations in labor markets, team composition, and information environments shape managerial incentives, corporate behavior, auditing, and the broader economic implications of accounting standards.
