On the way to Enterprise 2.0 with Bosch Connect
The Bosch Group is a leading global technology and services company. In the financial year 2012 more than 300,000 associates generated sales of 52.3 billion Euros in the areas of automotive and industrial technology, consumer goods, and building technology. The Bosch Group comprises Robert Bosch GmbH with its roughly 350 subsidiaries and regional companies in about 60 countries. To enable global networking of all sites, employees and stakeholders, the Enterprise 2.0 project was started in January 2012.
The project team includes Corporate Communications, Brand Management, and Sustainability (C/CC), Human Resources Development and Organizational Development (C/HD) as well as the Corporate Sector Information Systems and Services (CI). The project sponsor is management board member Wolf-Henning Scheider (G42). In order to create a framework that allows transformation to Enterprise 2.0, measures have been developed in four impact areas, each led by a sub-project manager: Leadership/Change and Enabling, Organization, Guidelines, and Technology.
