I'm a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Psychology at McGill University, working with Dr. Jelena Ristic in the Attention & Social Cognition Laboratory.

My research interests lie in attention in the real-world -- in particular, I am interested in investigating how mechanisms of visual attention are affected by complex information from the world around us.

My work currently focuses on how we attend to our own thoughts (via mind wandering), how we attend to others (via face selection and person recognition), and how we attend to our environment (via scene perception).

Outside of academia, I'm a statistics nerd and an avid baseball fan, and am usually more than happy to chat for hours about either.
