2 medium sized apples

2 carrots

4 chard leaves

2 large broccoli leaves

2 green onions

½ Cup young romaine lettuce leaves

½ Cup red grapes

2 young cabbage leaves

2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro

1 Tablespoon fresh parsley

1 garlic clove

Step 1:  Wash and trim produce as necessary

Step 2:  Place all ingredients in food processor

Step 3:  Add 4 Cups purified water and liquefy

Step 4:  Strain thoroughly. Use pulp in compost pile.

Makes approximately 5 – 6 Cups
