The Movement of Life

One hour group classes teaching the ~The Movement of Life~ TM  are currently offered in South Euclid, Chagrin Falls and Stow Ohio. They are set up in 8 week sessions that run continuously all year.  Check the calendar for dates and times. New students are welcome to begin at any time.  Every class starts with a warm up which includes exercises to build strength, endurance and flexibility.  When new students have become familiar with the warm up they are slowly introduced to the fundamentals of the   Tai Chi Chuan form which is itself a complete exercise program.       

PHYSICAL BENEFITS: Improve posture, balance and flexibility, build strength and endurance, correct digestive irregularities, increase bone density, balance blood pressure, strengthen immune system, promotes weight loss when needed, improvement of conditions such as arthritis,  fibromyalgia and Parkinson's,  reduce the risk of sports injuries, decrease pain and inflammation, cardiovascular and enhance sexual energy.
