Together, we see helping faculty members become powerful teacher-researcher-innovators who will constantly seek new solutions to issues no one can predict, who can adapt to the day-to-day changes which define every classroom; support principals as they become collaborative, communicative leaders who serve as "learners-in-chief" of healthy educational communities; and assist as a community as leadership teams develop a distributed leadership, collaborative model with constant rich data flowing in all directions.
