Vietnamese Meatball Bread-roll (Banh Mi Xiu Mai)

Ingredients:
  • Xiu Mai (Vietnamese Meatballs)
  • Vietnamese French or regular French Bread
  • Do Chua (Vietnamese pickled carrots and daikon)
  • Pate (Vietnamese Chicken Liver)
  • Cucumbers, julienned
  • Cilantro
  • A few dashes of  soy sauce

Method:
  1. Assemble all the ingredients, except pickles, cucumbers, and cilantro. 
  2. Put in the toaster oven for about 5 minutes. 
  3. Add in the pickles and greens.
