Tuk salouk svey (Mango salsa)


1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
2 cherry tomatoes. diced
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
60 ml (¼ cup) chopped cilantro
1 stalk green onion,chopped
½ tsp salt
4 chopped hot chillie or to your taste.


For a blended version of this salsa you can simply homogenise in a food processor for a second or two.
Serve refrigerated or at room temperature.
