Salt, Pepper, and Lime Dipping Sauce

  • Crystalline sea salt
  • Black or White pepper
  • Lime wedges
  • Thinly sliced Thai chillies
  1. Into a small dish mix some 1 part pepper and 2 pats salt.
  2. Provide cut segments of lime.
  3. Diners simply add freshly squeezed lime juice to the powder blend and mix this until the mixture becomes a dissolving slurry.
  4. Sliced chillie may now be added to the mix depending on personal preferences.
  5. Food is dipped into the fresh mix and eaten immediately.
