Mustard-seed Prawns

  • 1 kg prawns, {shelled or unshelled}
  • bunch of green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 chili pepper, chopped
  • 1 tbsp mustard seed
  • 2 cloves garlic, mashed

  1. Fry the onions, garlic and chillie pepper for three minutes. 
  2. Add the prawns and fry two minutes more. 
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and heat for two minutes. 
  4. Serve with white rice and cucumber bean sprout salad.
