Mongolian Lamb

Ingredients :

750 gm lamb strips
3 tbl oil
4 med onions, quartered
2 tsp garlic
3 shallots, chopped
2 tsp freshly chopped chilli
2 tsp cornflour
2 tbl soy sauce
1 tbl oyster sauce
1/2 cup chicken stock

Method :

Heat oil, stir fry lamb in 2 batches, 2-3 mins. Remove. 
Stir fry onions, garlic, shallots & chillies, 2 mins. 
Blend cornflour with soy sauce, oyster sauce & stock. 
Return lamb strips to pan. Stir in cornflour mixture, cook 2-3 mins or until slightly thickened. 
Sprinkle lightly with freshly roasted sesame seeds
