The ingredient list is copied following:

Bread Dough
  • 140g Bread Flour (5 oz oz)
  • 25g Sugar (~1 oz oz)
  • 1/3 tsp Salt
  • 5g Non-Fat Dry Milk Powder (1/5 oz)
  • 3g Instant Yeast  - a little less than 1 tsp
  • 1 tbsp Beaten Egg
  • 70ml Warm Water (2.4 fl oz)
  • 15g Butter (~½ oz)
  • Bread Flour for dusting

Cookie/Biscuit Dough
  • 25g Unsalted Butter (~1 oz)
  • 35g Sugar (1¼ oz)
  • 25g Beaten Egg (~1 oz)
  • 80g Cake/Pastry Flour (2 3/4 oz)
  • ¼ tsp Baking Powder
  • Bread Flour for dusting
