Lao Kao Tom (Sweet Sticky Rice)

Ingredients:

 
  • 1/2 kg Sticky rice
  • 1 1/2 cup Coconut cream
  • 1 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 10 Bananas
  • 1 cup Black beans
  • Banana leaves

Method:

 
  1. Soak rice overnight, drain and mix with coconut cream, salt, and sugar and stir until well mixed
  2. Peel bananas
  3. Lay banana leaves, put mixture of rice on top of leaves
  4. Put   banana of top of rice and roll and fold
  5. Repeat until the mixture is finished
  6. Cook the rolled bunch in a streamer for 45 minutes
