Korean seaweed salad

Ingredients:
  • 100 g fresh seaweed.
  • Cucumber cut 20 grams.
  • Cut 10 g onion.
  • Carrot, julienned 20 grams.
  • Red chili, finely sliced five grams.
  • Korean chillie sauce 1 ½ tbsp.
  • Rice vinegar 1 tablespoon
Dressing
  • Sugar 1 tbsp.
  • Sesame oil 1 tbsp.
  • 5 grams of roasted white sesame seeds.
  • Chili powder 1 tablespoon details.
  • Garlic, finely chopped 10 grams.
  • 5 g onion.

Method:
  1. Mix chili sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, sesame, pepper, garlic and onion together. Poor solubility of sugar and set aside.
  2. Set water to boil. Algae to be boiled for 1 minute dip in cold water, then cut into pieces small enough word.
  3. Mix all ingredients together. Add a little water to mix the salad together again, and then  serve on a plate with the dressing added.
