Lao BBQ Sauce

  • 1 tsp of hot pepper paste (Kochujang) (Korean Pepper Sauce)
  • 2 tbs of soy bean paste (Doenjang or Japanese Miso)
  • ½ tbs of sugar
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • 1 tbs of chopped green onion
  • 1 tbs of sesame oil
  • ½ tbs of toasted sesame seeds
  1. Mix all the ingredients together. It is ready to use immediately.

The proportion of hot sauce (Kochujang)  and Soy Bean Sauce (Doenjang)  can be altered in any amount. Both are available commercially.
