Kluai Buat Chi

Ingredients:
  • 2 to 3 small, just ripened *bananas
  • 4 cups thin coconut milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Method:
  1. Slice the bananas lengthways, then in half. Pour the coconut milk into a pan, add the sugar and salt. 
  2. Bring to a boil, add the bananas, bring back to a boil for 4 minutes and then remove from heat. 
  3. Serve hot or cold.
