Ginger-Soy Fish Marinade (garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger)

Ingredients:
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. rice vinegar or dry sherry
  • 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. minced fresh ginger
Method:
  1. Place the fish in a non-reactive bowl. 
  2. Mix marinade ingredients and pour over fish. 
  3. Marinate, covered, for 2 hours.
