Dipping Sauces for Dumplings 浸漬醬的餃子

Dipping Sauce I

  1. 120 ml (1/2 cup) soy sauce
  2. 45 ml (3 Tbsp) Chinese Black vinegar or Worcestershire sauce


Dipping Sauce II

  1. 120 ml (1/2 cup) soy sauce
  2. 2 Tbsp Chinese Black vinegar or Worcestershire sauce
  3. 1 Tbsp chillie paste with garlic (or certified commercial chillie oil)
  4. Variation add 1 Tbsp shredded ginger or minced garlic to either of the sauces.


Dipping Sauce III

  1. 60 ml (1/4 cup) soy sauce
  2. 1Tbsp rice wine
  3. 1Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  4. 2 tsp sugar
  5. 1Tbsp minced scallion
  6. 11/2 Tbsp minced garlic
  7. 2 Tbsp sesame oil
  8. 2 tsp chillie paste (or certified commercial chillie oil)
