Chicken Bhutuwa


1.5 kg chicken cut into small pieces
5 garlic gloves,minced
2.5 cm (1 in) ginger, minced
3 fresh red chillies, minced
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
4 tsp mustard oil
1 cup green onions, cut in 2.5 cm (1 in) length


In a large bowl, keep chicken.Add all the ingredents like ginger,  garlic, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt. Coat  throughly and keep it for 30 mins.
Heat 4 tsp of mustard oil. Transfer the coated chicken to the heated pan. Stir until it browns.
