Burmese Dressing

Ingredients:
 
  • 3 Tbsp . peanut oil, 
  • 3 Tbsp. fish sauce, 
  • 4 Tbsp. rice vinegar (or lime juice), 
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar, 
  • 1/2 tsp diced red chillies.
Method:
 
  1. Mix the ingredients well.
  2. Serve in a small bowl.

Maybe made and stored for no longer than 1 week refrigerated.
