Mashed potatoes 1 cup
Onion (finely chopped) ½ cup
Coriander (finely chopped) ¼ cup
Green peas (boiled) ½ cup
Green chilies (finely chopped) 2
Few drops of lemon juice
Salt, red chilly powder, black pepper to taste
Corn flour 1 cup/ Toast biscuit powder
Mix all ingredients (mashed potatoes, onion, coriander, green pea, green chili, lemon juice, salt, red chili powder, black pepper) except the corn flour, in a bowl.
Make small patties and coat with the corn flour or toast biscuit powder.
Now fry them in oil until light brown in color.
