Aloo Ka Raita (Potato raita)

  • 240 ml (1 Cup) curds
  • 1 potatoes, boiled peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 green chilli, chopped fine
  • 1/2 tsp roasted ground cumin seeds
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • salt to taste

  1. Whisk curds, add the salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala and mix well. Taste and adjust seasoning. 
  2. Add the potatoes, green chilli and coriander leaves. Mix well. 
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with roasted cumin powder. 
  4. Refrigerate until required.
