ECRTOOLS

We are pleased to introduce the ECRTOOLS, a free Matlab toolbox for fitting and interpreting Electrical Conductivity Relaxation (ECR) data.

ECRTOOLS features:

  • an intuitive GUI for the analysis and interpretation of both experimental and synthetic data
  • an object oriented implementation for the optimization of ECR experiments

What is the ECRTOOLSWhy would I want it?

ECRTOOLS is a Matlab toolbox which  analyzes ECR data by providing routines for estimation, analysis of sensitivity and confidence estimation. In addition ECRTOOLS will help you design and optimize ECR experiments.

Hopefully, by now you are inclined to think that this toolbox may actually be useful to you for your experiment. If you are interested, you'll find a detailed explanation of the toolbox's capabilities it in the user's guide, and in the references below.

System requirements

To install and run the ECR toolbox, you need:

The ECR toolbox was tested and implemented on a Windows-based machine. 

Detailed installation instructions are available in the ECR toolbox user's guide (also included with the standard distribution).
