Backyard Burning of Trash Releases More Dioxins Than Any Other Source in the U.S.

The Environmental Protection Agency acknowledges from the data presented in a 488 page 2004 National Academy of Sciences report that the backyard burning of household trash across the U.S. releases more dioxins than any other source.
It states that this non point source of dioxins surpasses the production of dioxins from all other industrial releases combined.
Why Oregon is not trying to eliminate this source of deadly dioxin is a mystery?
