1. Economic Printer Solutions (EPS) at the Customer's request, agree to provide service and/or repair to the customer's equipment 
("the equipment") at the current rates charged by EPS on the following terms.

2. Where EPS estimate costs these are based on a preliminary inspection of the equipment and, as such they are for guidance purposes only and do not indicate or imply an agreed price. Any additional works required will be notified to the customer and will be included in the invoice value.

3. All faulty parts which have been replaced will become the property of EPS.

4. Parts may or may not be new but will be of serviceable quality.

5. EPS warrants the parts supplied are free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one month from the date on which the parts have been fitted, and will without charge, at its option, either repair or replace any part found to be defective, during that period on exchange basis during normal working hours.

6. If attachments or alterations have been made to the equipment EPS reserves the right not to service or repair it.

7. EPS will be responsible for any damage, injury or loss arising out of or in connection with the service or repair of the equipment if shown to be caused by negligent acts or omissions of EPS except that in no circumstances will EPS be responsible for any loss of business or profit or for any other consequential loss however arising.

8. Any representation, statement, condition or warranty whether expressed or implied statutory or otherwise not contained in these terms shall not be binding on EPS.
