I am an assistant professor of economics at Christopher Newport University. I am broadly interested in macroeconomics and labor economics. My skill set includes the use of statistical methodology to analyze large data-sets, as well as computational modeling under a variety of contexts.  I excel at organizing information and connecting ideas from multiple lines of research. Society is a living thing; its patterns are produced by the actions of countless individuals and institutions, each as complex as the whole. Understanding such a system requires diverse methods and an open mind.
