Andrea Salvatori

I am a Labour Economist in the Employment, Labour and Social Affairs Department at the OECD, Paris.

My work focuses on the policy challenges arising from changes in labour markets. I have conducted research on topics such as wage inequality, the impact of trade and technology on the labour market, wage differentials, temporary employment, job satisfaction, unions and union threat effects, minimum wages, unemployment benefits and income support for lone parents.

I have authored a number of papers published in academic journals as well as reports for government bodies and international organisations.
