Save The World - How ?

Ocean Saves the World

It's really irrelevant to our condition, whether someone believes all the scientific facts, the obvious that we can all see with our own eyes, and what our hearts and souls tell us is the truth - that yes, we humans are animals, or not.
After all, are you a vegetable or a mineral?
Although some prefer to think of humans as outside the universal and natural laws, notice what happens when the next natural disaster strikes. We'll be among the other animals there too.
Notice our actions and reactions, and then observe a troop of baboons, if you still don't believe it.
The reason people started to divorce themselves from the other species was threefold - to assuage the guilt they felt in harming the other species, and to give themselves reason to enforce their magical beliefs that we were not, in fact, tied to the web of nature, and also, that the souls we wanted to believe we had would continue our lives in a hereafter, if we would adhere to a set of rules someone invented.

I am not being disrespectful to those who choose to believe in other things, I am just speaking objectively about the overview.

However, we don't have the luxury to indulge our differences any more.
The world is dying.
The environment is polluted and poisoned and the ice is melting.
No matter what state of denial governments try to publicize, we all know the truth.

However you choose to view it, we, humans, along with all the other animals, are in the same boat.
The boat is sinking.
There is no Noah and no Ark to save us.
No space ships.
No aliens.

Just us.
We, as the only animal specie capable of saving the planet, must start saving it, if we want to live.
Of course, there are those, including perhaps the present American govenrmental principal players, who believe that the world SHOULD end, and who look forward to what they believe is first, punishment for the unrighteous, and second, reward for them in Heaven, and the rest of us, cold sober, clear-thinking, and loving all of the people, the other animals, the plants, the places, must contend with the insanity around us while we find ways to actually save ourselves and eveyone else.

It makes no difference what you believe, except in this one thing- do you want life to continue on Earth? Or don't you?

However you want to look at yourself, you are flesh and blood, and a working organism, like a machine, only self-aware and fearing death and harm, as do all other animals, by the way.
If there is a soul, then, fine, bring it along too, but let's all get togehter and focus on the real issues, not get bogged down any longer in semantics or religiosity or who has a soul or what border needs defending, or which tribe matters more!!!

Let's focus on what needs to be done and get together, focus on the objectives and on what we all have in common - we need to save the planet!

That's my proposal.
Whether we have a souls or not is irrelevant.
We're alive now. I'd like to keep everyone alive and make every being safe and prosperous, humans and all other animals too.

P.s.- put fur in a few places, take the suits away, and then look at our world leaders - can you really say you don't believe we're all animals?
And if we have souls - they certainly do, in their innocence.
