The Educational Coalition for Hispanics (ECHO) and the Oakland Unified School District (OUSD) will present the Latino Student Honor Roll awards ceremony at Cathedral of Christ the Light, 2121 Harrison Street Oakland California on May 28th 2015 from 12:30 pm - 4:00 pm. This is the 15th annual ceremony recognizing and celebrating the excellence and achievements of Latino scholars in the Oakland unified school district.
